  • At APX Advisors, we specialize in helping hockey players achieve their dream of playing junior and collegiate hockey. Our mission is to provide personalized guidance, professional insight, and strategic planning to ensure student-athletes maximize their opportunities on and off the ice.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    — Extensive knowledge of the hockey development landscape
    — Historical relationships with Junior and D1 Coaches and GM’s
    — Ability to mentor and work effectively with players and their families
    — Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    — Detailed evaluation of player skills, strengths, and areas for improvement.
    — Video analytics and game evaluations.
    — Tailored development plans to enhance performance and prepare for junior and collegiate-level play.
    — Help create an impactful player profile, resumes, and statistics.
    — Access to the proper main camps and select tournaments to increase visibility.
    — Network with junior and college staff through our established industry connections.
    — Continuous mentorship of the athlete as a player and a person.
    — Continuous support throughout the recruitment journey, from initial contact to commitment.
    — Advice on navigating challenges (cuts, trades, setbacks, and injuries) and making informed decisions.
    — Provide academic planning, management, and NCAA Eligibility Center Resources.
    — Guidance on balancing academics and athletics to meet NCAA eligibility requirements.
    — Assistance in selecting colleges that fit both athletic and academic aspirations.

  • In this position, you will join Minnesota’s #1 Hockey Development program as a direct report to the APX Invite / MAP South Directors. Your ultimate responsibility will be to MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the lives of others while providing expert coaching and skill instruction to all athletes.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    — Must have played High School, Junior, or D1 Hockey
    — Must have High Character Attributes
    — Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    — Must be a hard worker who wants to make an impact on our youth

    BENEFITS:
    — Salary: Hourly rate based on your Coaching experience, Character and Skill

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    — You must have the ability to demonstrate our development curriculum, which includes the proper skating stride and extension, lateral movements, puck protection, fakes, stick handling, and the proper shooting techniques.

    — Must have played D3 or D1 Hockey

    — Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    — Previous coaching and/or training experience

Your ultimate responsibility will be to MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the lives of others while providing expert goaltending-specific coaching and instruction to all goaltenders in our program.

    — Must have played High School, Junior, or D1 Hockey

    — Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    — Must be a hard worker who wants to make an impact on our youth

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    — You must have the ability to demonstrate our development curriculum across all ages specific to the goaltending position, which includes technical, tactical, mental, and athletic skills.
