Every new APX Invite athlete is either recruited by our staff or is accepted through the application process. Each application is reviewed by our program directors. If the application is received during our current APX Invite training season, they may or may not be asked to join an ice session as part of their evaluation. If the application is received during the regular association or High School season, our staff will scout the player’s games for their evaluation.

Especially for older athletes, our staff may also utilize trusted sources within each community to get some more insight about the player and family. This is also a crucial aspect of our recruiting processes. Besides recognizing top talent on the ice to add to our groups, we are also looking to add top character players off the ice to make a positive influence on our culture.
